myNext Mortgage Launches Commercial Arm

myNEXT-Mortgage myNext Mortgage, the proprietary in-house lender of Mortgage Architects and MortgageBrokers.com, launched its commercial lending division today.

The new company will arrange industrial, commercial and investment real estate (ICI) financing across Canada. It says loan amounts will range from $1 million minimum to $100 million plus.
