Les copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s suivent avec 1\u202f961&nbsp;transactions (+9&nbsp;%). Les copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s suivent la tendance avec une valeur m\u00e9diane de 424\u202f500&nbsp;$, en hausse de 6&nbsp;%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix m\u00e9dian des petits immeubles locatifs s\u2019est envol\u00e9 de 10&nbsp;% pour atteindre 830\u202f500&nbsp;$.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Rive-Sud d\u00e9tr\u00f4ne Laval comme banlieue montr\u00e9alaise la plus ch\u00e8re. Les maisons unifamiliales s\u2019y vendent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 un prix m\u00e9dian de 634\u202f000&nbsp;$, soit 34\u202f000&nbsp;$ de plus qu\u2019\u00e0 Laval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ratios ventes-nouvelles inscriptions dans ces zones indiquent \u00e9galement une concurrence intense, la Rive-Nord atteignant 81&nbsp;% et la Rive-Sud 76&nbsp;% \u2014 bien au-dessus du seuil d\u2019\u00e9quilibre du march\u00e9 de 50&nbsp;%.
